Current Covid19 related data from Africa is often sketchy.  We are also aware that the continent regularly shows health services that are under-resourced with very limited capacity to manage the expected impact of the pandemic, coupled with equally limited information and support services to assist disabled people. In these situations, it is easy to see how the inclusion of disabled people in the plans to combat the virus if they are not to get “left behind”.
